Ingredients of Carrot bites with chocolate with thermomix
PREFERRED INGREDIENTS
- 15 grams fresh yeast
- 40 grams wheat flour
- 20 grams of sugar
- 100ml milk
INGREDIENTS FINAL DOUGH
- preference
- 360 grams wheat flour
- 200 grams cooked and grated carrot
- 90 grams sugar
- 1 on vanilla sugar (about 8 gr)
- 2 eggs (L)
- 100 grams butter (melted and cooled)
COVERING INGREDIENTS
- 180 grams dark chocolate (of the percentage of cocoa of your preference), I have used 72%
- 135 ml cream (to mount)
- 30 grams butter
Preparation of carrot bites with chocolate with thermomix
PREFERRED ELABORATION
- Temper the milk for a few seconds in the microwave, add the sugar and crumbled yeast, stir, now the flour, stir and let it rest until it triples in size (approximately 1 and a half hours)
PREPARATION OF THE FINAL DOUGH
- We put in the glass of the thermomix, the eggs, sugars and carrot
- 20 seconds / speed 4
- then the preference
- 10 seconds / speed 4
- then the flour, knead
- 1 minute / spike speed
- Now we let it rest for 40 minutes /
- Melt the butter and let cool
- After resting, add the melted butter and mix
- 15 seconds / speed 3
- Pour the dough into a rectangular mold (mine is 30 cm long by 22 cm wide), previously lined with baking paper, spread well with the help of a spatula. Cover with a clean cloth and let it increase in size (approximately 1 hour and a half)
- 15 or 20 min before the end of the leavening
- We turn on the oven at 190°C / heat up and down
- when it has grown, we place it on the first shelf of the oven starting from the bottom, and bake for about 25 min. (always checking the toothpick, it comes out clean.
- Turn off, remove and let cool on a wire rack without unmolding
COVERED ELABORATION
- In a bowl, put the chopped chocolate, add the hot cream, stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved, add the butter, stir.
- Our cake will already have cooled, we pour the chocolate over it and put it in the fridge for a few minutes with the intention of drying the chocolate.
- We already demoulded and make the partitions.
- You will get about 16/18 biscuits, depending on the size of your mold.
