  • 520 grams of leeks, only the white part.

  • 35 grams of butter.
  • 55 grams of gratin cheese and another 55 grams of grated cheese.
  • 55 grams of breadcrumbs.
  • A little bit of nutmeg.
  • 360 grams of milk.
  • 2 egg yolks.
  • 1 liter of water.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation of leeks au gratin with Thermomix

  1. When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:

  4. Add the leeks and program
