It is a hummus of chickpeas with piquillo peppers, a very simple recipe to make and you will be like a great cook
Hummus of piquillo peppers with thermomix
Ingredients
- 400 grams cooked chickpeas
- 250 grams of piquillo peppers, drained
- 70 grams virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 pinch of ground cumin
- salt
Instructions
- To start we will put all the ingredients in our thermomix glass and we will program 2 minutes / progressive speed 4-10
- We put it in the fridge to cool down before it can be served for a couple of hours
- We put it in a bowl with a splash of virgin olive oil on top and a little sesame seeds if we like
- We put some sticks or some kind of bread to catch the hummus and that's it
