- 250 grams of cod in crumbs
- 125 grams of day-old stale loaf bread, sliced
- 5 heads of garlic
- 4 dried chorizo peppers without seeds (soaked 12 hours before)
- 2 green peppers cut into chunks
- 1 cayenne
- 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
- 4 eggs
- 60 grams of virgin olive oil
- Salt
