Gypsy arm with Thermomix
It is a traditional sweet that everyone loves and that, in addition, it will not take you long to elaborate.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of milk
- 120 grams of flour.
- 50 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 155 grams of sugar glass.
- 20 grams of water.
- 4 eggs
- The skin of half an orange.
- 4 egg yolks.
- 4 tablespoons of rum.
- The skin of a lemon.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Once you have gathered those ingredients, put on your apron and follow these steps:
- Add the sugar and the four eggs to the glass. With the leaves of the butterflies program speed 3 ½ / 37º / 5 minutes.
- Then re-program at speed 3½ / 5 minutes.
- Add a little salt and flour. Program the robot at speed 1/15 seconds.
- In a rectangular-shaped baking dish with the corresponding paper, spread out the dough and place it in the oven, previously preheated, for about 10 minutes at about 180º.
- To prepare the filling, add all the other ingredients to the robot's glass, except for citrus skins and rum. Program at speed 3 ½ / 10 seconds.
- Then these skins are added and programmed at a speed of 2 / 90º.
- The next step will be to add the rum and program at speed 2/2 minutes.
- Then the filling will be reserved. And what will remain will be to mount the arm placing the filling inside and the caramel.
