Rice pudding with Thermomix

Ingredients
- 3 eggs.
- 130 grams of rice
- 80 grams of liquid caramel.
- 18 cookies
- 1 liter of milk
- 210 grams of sugar
- The yellow part of the skin of a lemon.
Instructions
- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add the sugar and rice to the robot's glass. Program at speed 10/30 seconds.
- Lower the remains of the walls with the help of a spatula, add the lemon peel and reschedule at a speed of 10/30 seconds.
- Make use of the spatula again, then add the eggs and milk. Program at speed 4 / 100º / 15 minutes. Pour caramel into a pudding pan and then pour about a third of the robot's contents into it. Then place six cookies.
- Put back another third of the glass and put another six cookies. Then pour the rest of the remaining glass and put on that last six cookies.
- Finally, introduce the mold into the refrigerator for at least three or four hours. You will be ready to serve.
