Ingredients for rice pudding with anisette with thermomix

• 1 liter milk
• 500 ml cream (to mount)
• 250 grams rice
• 150 grams sugar
• Lemon peel
• 60 ml anise
• 1 cinnamon stick (halved)

Preparation of rice pudding with anisette with thermomix

1. We put all the ingredients in the glass, except 50 grams of sugar that we reserve for the end
2. 35 minutes / 95°C / turn to the left or reverse / speed 1
3. We remove the lemon skin and cinnamon, we turn to a source.
4. Sprinkle the 50 grams of reserved sugar and burn with a blowtorch.
