- 1 liter milk
- 500 ml cream (to mount)
- 250 grams rice
- 150 grams sugar
- Lemon peel
- 60 ml anise
- 1 cinnamon stick (halved)

- 35 minutes / 95°C / turn to the left or reverse / speed 1
- We remove the lemon skin and cinnamon, we turn to a source.
