12 slices of ham
505 grams of water
6 endives
105 grams of grated cheese
For the bechamel sauce:
62 centiliters of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
62 grams of flour
62 grams of butter
Preparation of endives with ham and bechamel sauce
When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Clean the endives well, cut them in half and remove the core.
Salt them and put them in the Varoma and place it in the robot.
Add the water to the glass and program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 40 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and pour the water out of the glass.
Clean and dry the glass well, then add the ingredients for the bechamel. program to
speed 4 / 90º / 10 minutes.
Wrap each endive part with a slice of ham and place them on a baking tray, where you will have placed baking paper. Pour the bechamel over them and then the grated cheese.
