In order to be able to prepare this tasty dish you must acquire the following products:
1 kilo of artichokes.
50 grams of olive oil.
200 grams of water.
The juice of half a lemon.
100 – 120 grams of ham cubes.
1 Garlic.
Salt and parsley to taste.

When you have all those ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these directions:
proceed to thoroughly clean the artichokes removing the tougher outer leaves. Then, cut them in half and put them in a bowl with water and the juice of half a lemon.
Peel the garlic and cut it into several pieces.
Put it butterfly to the robot.
Add the garlic and the other ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and then do the same with the artichokes, previously drained.
The next and last step will be that you proceed to program the robot to speed 1 and Varoma temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
