300 grams of raw almonds
170g sugar
The skin of 1 lemon (only yellow part)
2 eggs
250 grams of angel hair

put in a bowl and reserve
We place the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and crush it to turn it into icing sugar, for this we pulverize

we add the lemon skin, only the yellow part because the white bitter, and we program
20 seconds / progressive speed 7-10
add the eggs and mix

preheat the oven to 180º C
we cut the squared wafers of about 4 cm and we put a spoonful of Angel’s hair in each wafer, we cover everything with a piece of our dough
