- 10 seconds / Progressive speed 5-10.
- Incorporate into the mixture of crumbs, the pork and beef chopped into pieces, also add the egg and a little salt, program.
- 20 seconds / Speed 5.
- With the meat mixture, form balls of the size of your preference and place them in the varoma tray.
- Then place the canned chickpeas (washed and drained), as well as the diced potatoes and the cabbage cut into small pieces, equally in the container and on the varoma tray.
