1 kg of clams
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 can of crushed tomato
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika
1/2 glass of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation of clams in red sauce with thermomix
First of all, you need to clean the clams. Wash them several times under cold water to remove any impurities. Be sure to discard any clams that are broken or open and do not close when touched.
Peel and cut the onion, garlic cloves and red pepper into small pieces. Place them in the Thermomix glass and program to
speed 5 / 5 seconds to chop them finely.
Add a splash of olive oil to the Thermomix glass and program at Varoma temperature, speed 1 for 5 minutes to fry the vegetables.
