  • 4 apples.
  • 4 egg yolks egg.
  • 1 puff pastry that it is refrigerated.
  • 1 sachet of yeast.
  • A little lemon juice.
  • 300 milliliters of milk.
  • Peach jam.
  • 300 grams of flour.
  • A little vanilla aroma.
  • 200 grams of sugar.

Preparation of apple pie with the Thermomix

  1. When you have already managed to buy all those products, it is time to put on your apron and start the elaboration:
  2. The first thing will be to choose a mold for the cake and grease it properly with butter. Then, it will be necessary to stretch the puff pastry properly and then place it in the aforementioned mold and then place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  3. Secondly, peel the apples and then proceed to cut them into small slices.
  4. In the glass of the Thermomix proceed to add the flour, sugar, milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract and yeast.
  5. All of this has to be programmed. speed 5 for about a minute and a half.
  6. Go preheating the oven to a temperature between 200º to 220º.
  7. Take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour the mixture that you have obtained in the robot over its dough, spreading it well with the help of a spatula.
  8. Then, place the apple slices on top. Make a first layer of this fruit and with the rest you will have to put it on top of the previous ones until they are finished.
  9. Put the mold in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  10. To decorate it you must use the jam and also the lemon juice so that the cake has more shine.
