Chai chocolate ingredients with thermomix
1 and a half liters of milk
150 grams of fondant chocolate for desserts (50% cocoa) in pieces
2 cinnamon sticks
30 grams of fresh ginger in pieces
1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
5 nails
5 black peppercorns
6 star anise
2 tablespoons liquid vanilla

To start we put the chocolate in pieces in our Thermomix bowl and chop

Add the milk together with the cardamom, the peeled and chopped ginger, the cloves, the pepper, the anise and the vanilla and program
12 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
we strain everything to remove the remains and our chocolate chai will be ready
we can drink it hot or put it in the fridge and drink it cold in summer
