Some time ago dalgona coffee became tremendously fashionable due to the foam that we could get with our Thermomix butterfly

This is a dessert that is based on that style to make a hyper creamy smoothie thanks to the strawberry foam. Here we are going to leave you the recipe

Dalgona-Style Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients

40 grams of sugar
90 grams of frozen strawberries or other frozen fruits or berries
100 grams UHT milk, fat content: 0.1%-1.5%, chilled (after approx. 1 hour in the freezer)
20 grams of protein powder

Preparation of Dalgona-style strawberry shake

The first thing we are going to do is a puree with the frozen fruits and the sugar, for which we put it in the Thermomix and give it a turbo blow.

We add 100 g of milk that is very cold, almost frozen (I put it in the freezer an hour before making the recipe) and Program
