Ingredients
1/2 liter cider
1 chistorra
1 red onion
50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
to start we put the oil in our Thermomix bowl and the red onion in pieces and fry
8 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
Add the chistorra cut into pieces and fry again
4 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
Add the 1/2 liter of natural cider and cook
15 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
We grind everything with the nozzle on so that it does not splash
