- 250 grams of French onions
- 85 grams of sugar
- 155 grams of water
- 35 grams of sweet white wine
- 145 grams of dry white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 grams of butter
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Peel the onions.
