Rabbit ingredients to chilindrón in the Thermomix
To be able to prepare this dish, you need to buy the following products that will allow you to obtain some four servings:
1 kilo of rabbit.
200 grams of fried tomato.
300 grams of pepper, half red and half green.
70 grams of olive oil.
1 large onion
150 grams of white wine.
3 or 4 cloves of garlic.
1 bay leaf.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of Rabbit chilindrón in the Thermomix
Once all the ingredients are in the kitchen, it’s time to start the recipe:
Peel the garlic and onion and then chop them, just as you will have to do with the rabbit and the peppers.
In the robot glass add the olive oil, garlic and bay leaf.
Program it at spoon speed and temperature 120º turn to the left for about 5 minutes.
Pour the rabbit, previously seasoned, and program the Thermomix with the same parameters as in the previous step except for the time.
Here it will have to be 15 minutes.
Add the onion and peppers to program again at bucket speed and Varoma temperature, turn left for 15 minutes.
Finally, through the mouthpiece, add the white wine as well as the fried tomato, another little bit of salt and the nutmeg.
Program again with the same parameters as in the previous step.
