Now that the good weather and the heat are here, making our own ice cream with our Thermomix is a real wonder, we can make all kinds of ice cream, and this time we are going to make not what we have called ice cream all our lives, but not with ice but with cream and condensed milk

Lemon polo ingredients with thermomix

125 grams of natural Greek yogurt
125 grams of condensed milk
125ml cream
60ml lemon juice
a zest in half a lemon

Lemon polo preparation with thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is mount the cream for which we have to have our Thermomix bowl that is very cold, just like the cream (I usually put it in the fridge or in a freezer drawer a few minutes before starting the prescription )
So we will put the cream in our Thermomix bowl, we will place the butterfly and we will program
no time / speed 4
we will raise the sound of the engine of our Thermomix since when the cream is perfectly whipped we will notice how it changes
once the cream is whipped we add the rest of the ingredients, how boring condensed milk, lemon juice in the zest of half a lemon and program
40 seconds / speed 4
we put the mixture in the ice cream molds, in this case I have some molds to make popsicles and we put them in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours
although the ideal is 24 hours
