To get some four servings of paella you need to have the following products:
two chicken breasts filleted.
half glass of rice per person, therefore, two glasses.
Olive oil, salt, pepper and saffron.
About 750 grams of chicken broth. This is something optional.
150 grams of crushed tomato.
1 or 2 teeth Garlic.
100 grams of onion as well as many others of green pepper and similar red pepper.
Preparation of Chicken Paella Recipe with the Thermomix
Once all these products are in the kitchen, it’s time to prepare the exquisite paella. For that, follow these steps:
Peel the garlic and onion. Cut them into cubes and do the same with the peppers, duly washed.
In the robot glass, add the garlic, the peppers, the onion and the olive oil. Then program it at speed 4 for about 5 seconds. Then reprogram it but speed 1 and varoma temperature for about 10 minutes.
Then add the chicken and tomato. Put the Thermomix on speed 1 and varoma for another 10 minutes.
The next step will be pour the chicken broth along with the rice and saffron, salt and pepper. Programming will be at speed 1 and varoma temperature for about twenty minutes.
