Ingredients
2 large peas whole and clean
1 chilli
The leaves of two branches of parsley
252 grams of olive oil
5 or 6 garlic
2 large lemons
Half a glass of white wine
Salt to taste
A quarter glass of vinegar
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the chilli, garlic, salt and parsley to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/10 seconds.
Then add the lemon juice, white wine, oil and vinegar. Stir everything well and reserve.
Place the peas, opened like a book, in a baking dish, along with salt, a drizzle of oil and a lemon wedge.
Put the dish in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 10 minutes at 180º.
After that time, open the oven, pour the sauce you prepared at the beginning over the peas, and return the dish to the oven for about 7 more minutes.
