Ingredients
- In order to make about four portions, you must have the following products in your kitchen:
- 300 grams of cherries from the jerte.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 800 grams of tomatoes.
- 50 grams of bread.
- olive oil
- a little bit of water
- vinegar
- Salt.
Instructions
- Once you have all the foods mentioned, follow the guidelines below, which will allow you to obtain a delicious gazpacho in a few minutes:
- Proceed to stone the cherries with the Thermomix, following the guidelines we gave in a previous article.
- Then, proceed to peel the tomatoes and garlic.
- Then, in the glass of the food processor, pour the cherries, the tomatoes, the garlic, the bread in pieces as well as the salt and the vinegar.
- Once all the ingredients are in, choose to program the device at speed 10 for about 90 seconds.
- In the same way, do not hesitate to add the olive oil and water to the glass to program the Thermomix at speed 5 for 10 seconds.
- And that's it. The only thing that will be left is to put the gazpacho in a container and keep it in the fridge to be able to drink it fresh.
