Ingredients of Cheeks in white wine with Thermomix

202 milliliters of white wine
1 kilo of clean cheeks
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 onion, peeled and chopped
Flour
A splash of olive oil
2 large garlic, peeled
202 milliliters of meat broth
2 0 3 celery sticks, chopped
3 small carrots, peeled and chopped

Preparation of cheeks in white wine with Thermomix

Put on your apron and follow these steps:
Add the celery, garlic, onion and carrots to the robot’s glass. Programme a
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to the cheeks, pass them through flour and then seal them in a frying pan with a splash of hot oil.
Pour the cheeks into the robot’s glass, the broth and the wine. Programme a
speed 1.5 / Varoma temperature / 45 minutes.
Plate ready. If you want the sauce to be softer, take out the cheeks and program the robot the necessary time so that it has the texture you want.
