- 1 kilo of clean cheeks
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- Flour
- A splash of olive oil
- 2 large garlic, peeled
- 202 milliliters of meat broth
- 2 0 3 celery sticks, chopped
- 3 small carrots, peeled and chopped
Preparation of cheeks in white wine with Thermomix
- Put on your apron and follow these steps:
- Add the celery, garlic, onion and carrots to the robot’s glass. Programme a
- speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to the cheeks, pass them through flour and then seal them in a frying pan with a splash of hot oil.
- Pour the cheeks into the robot’s glass, the broth and the wine. Programme a
- speed 1.5 / Varoma temperature / 45 minutes.
- Plate ready. If you want the sauce to be softer, take out the cheeks and program the robot the necessary time so that it has the texture you want.
