760 grams of cauliflower in florets
310 grams of minced meat
1 kilo of peeled and chopped potatoes
21 grams of cornstarch
600 grams of water
2 tablespoons dried Provençal herbs
Salt and ground pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
252 grams of cooking cream

All you have to do is put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Pour the salt and water into the robot’s glass. Put the potatoes in the basket and place the cauliflower in the Varoma. Program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté the meat in a pan with the oil, salt and pepper.
Remove the Varoma and the basket.
Add the cornstarch and cream to the glass. Program to
speed 5/5 seconds.
Add salt, pepper and herbs. The robot must be put to
speed 2 / 90º / 6 minutes.
Then, add the potatoes, minced meat and cauliflower to the glass. Mix everything well.
