Ingredients for tomato and leek stew with Thermomix

  • 405 grams of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 52 grams of tomato puree
  • 2 chopped leeks
  • 26 grams of oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable broth powder
  • Pepper
  • 202 grams of sour cream
  • 305 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 slices of vegan cheese
  • Aromatic herbs
  • 2 or 3 packages of meatballs stuffed with vegetables

Preparation of tomato and leek stew with Thermomix
