Preparation of cannelloni stuffed with meat with the Thermomix
When you have managed to gather all those ingredients in your kitchen, put on your apron and start preparing this dish:
The first thing will be to proceed to prepare the cannelloni sheets as indicated by their manufacturer.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into pieces.
Then it’s time to start making the cannelloni filling.
For that, add the onion and garlic to the robot glass and program that to speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Then add the olive oil and return to programming speed 1 and Varoma temperature for about 8 minutes.
The next step will be to pour the meat and you will have to program the Thermomix at speed 1, turn to the left and Varoma temperature for about 10 – 12 minutes.
Then add the flour and milk to program the robot to speed 2 and temperature 90º for about 10 minutes. And then program progressive speed 5-7-9.
Next, prepare the bechamel as we have already told you in a previous article.
Proceed to fill the cannelloni and give them the necessary shape to place them on a tray. Then pour over them the bechamel as well as the cheese.
Put them in the oven to gratin them at about 200º until you see that they are ready.
