310 grams of broccoli in florets

Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the water into the robot’s glass. In the Varoma place the broccoli and that device I put in the robot. Cover the Varoma and program
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Add salt to the broccoli and set it aside.
Remove the Varoma from the Thermomix, pour the water out of the glass and add the oil, garlic and onion. Program a
speed 5/2 seconds.

Then add the ricotta cheese, walnuts, salt, pepper, cream and Parmesan. Program a
