Ingredients
- 210 grams of clean fresh spinach
- 5 slices of cooked ham
- 6 pre-cooked lasagna plates
- 10 grams of garlic
- 70 grams of flour
- Ketchup
- 452 grams of meat broth
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- 250 grams of milk
- Grated cheese
- 50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
- When you’ve gathered all of those ingredients, follow these steps:
- Pour both the oil and the garlic into the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 3 ½ / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- Then add about 110 grams of spinach and program at
- spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- In the previous step, add the rest of the spinach little by little while you move with a spatula.
- Add the flour and put the robot to work
- speed 2 ½ / 100º / 1 minute.
- Then add the salt, nutmeg, milk, and broth. Kitchen to
- speed 4 / 100º / 8 minutes.
- In a baking dish, add tomato sauce to the base. On top of that, place a plate of lasagna and on that part of the content of the glass, put another plate and on this again tomato sauce, a slice of cooked ham and another little of the contents of the glass. Follow those same steps until all the plates are used.
- On top of the lasagna, add grated cheese and place the dish in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 30 minutes at 180º.
