- 300 grams of fresh egg pasta (pappardelle type)
- 250 grams of green asparagus
- 1 cube of vegetable broth crumbled
- 1000 grams of water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- The juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation of Pappardelle with Asparagus with thermomix
- To begin the preparation of this easy and quick recipe, pour the measure of water and the crushed bouillon cube into the Thermomix bowl, to heat, program.
- 15 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
- Once the water is boiling, pour the pappardelle-type pasta and the asparagus, do not place the cup on the lid of the thermomix container, and program.
- 10 minutes / Temperature 100°C / Reverse rotation / Speed 1.
- The indicated cooking time is for reference only, it will depend on what the package of the pasta brand of your choice indicates.
- At the end of the programmed time, carefully drain the pappardelle together with the asparagus using the Varoma container or through a colander.
