Ingredients
- The first thing is that you gather in the kitchen of the house all the essential things to make a good source of patatas bravas:
- Between 400 and 500 grams of potatoes.
- Brava Sauce
- 150 grams of fried tomato.
- 1 garlic.
- One spoonful of vinegar and one spoonful of hot paprika.
- 650-700 grams of water.
- Not forgetting salt and olive oil.
- Ingredients for the sauce 2 of patatas bravas with thermomix
- 25 grams olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons hot paprika
- 50 grams of flour
- 250 grams of ham broth
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
Instructions
- Put your apron on now and start following the directions we present: The first thing is to make the salsa brava.
- To do this, pour the vinegar, salt, spoonful of paprika and about 30 millilitres of olive oil into the glass of the robot. Set the oil at speed 2 and temperature 100º C for about 2 minutes.
- After this time, add the fried tomato to the mixture to program the Thermomix at speed 8 for about 1 minute.
- And that's it. You will have the sauce, which must be reserved. Next, wash the glass of the robot to which you will add the chopped garlic and about 200 millilitres of oil, then program it at speed 1 and Varoma temperature for about 8 minutes.
- Now, we have to proceed to peel and wash the potatoes and then cut them into cubes and add a pinch of salt. Put them in the Varoma container and add the oil with the garlic on top.
- Then they will be added to the clean glass of the robot, with the water already mentioned at speed 1 and Varoma temperature for about 25 minutes.
- They will also be reserved after draining them.
- Finally, pour the sauce over the potatoes and they will be ready to eat.
- Preparation of the second sauce of patatas bravas with thermomix
- Put the olive oil in our glass and heat for 2 minutes / 100 degrees / spoon speed
- Add onion and chop 4 seconds / speed 4
- Now it's time to fry for 10 minutes / 100 degrees / spoon speed
- Add 1 teaspoon sweet paprika and 2 teaspoons hot paprika and the 50 grams flour and set 6 minutes / 100 degrees / spoon speed
- Add the ham broth, bay leaf and a pinch of salt and program 15 minutes / 100 degrees / spoon speed
- We crush again 2 seconds / speed 4 we pass by the Chinese and our sauce will be ready
