For the meatballs:
460 grams of minced meat, mixture of beef and pork
Wheat flour
Oil
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
1 egg
26 grams of brandy
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
For the sauce:
52 grams of tomato sauce
300 grams of vegetable broth
50 grams of pepper
100 grams of onion
4 small garlic
100 grams of leek, only the white part
72 grams of olive oil
26 grams of flour
100 grams of white wine
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of paprika
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the meat, salt, egg, brandy, breadcrumbs, and pepper to a bowl. Mix everything very well and then shape the meatballs, then pass them through the flour.
With a little oil, smear a baking tray and then place the meatballs there. Put this tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 10 minutes at 200º.
