Today we are going to make some delicious apple doughnuts, they are delicious and it is a great way to eat fruit while we give ourselves a treat with the sweet, besides the mixture of flavors is complemented wonderfully.

Doughnut
250 grams of flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of oil
250 grams of milk
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of rum
The apples
4 blocks
50 grams of sugar

Instructions

To start we put in our thermomix glass all the ingredients and program 1 minute / speed 4
We let the dough rest for at least 1 hour
Then we peel the apples and remove the core and seeds and cut them into small pieces and sprinkle sugar on top
We take a piece of dough and some pieces of apple, we make the shape of the doughnut, when we have several done we fry them in very hot oil.
When the doughnuts are well inflated and golden, drain them and serve them very hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (The cooking time of 5 minutes is per batch)
