Ingredients for Apple cream tartlets with thermomix
1 sheet and a half puff pastry
500ml milk
2 eggs (M)
80 grams sugar
50 grams cornstarch
Vanilla
2 small apples, peeled and diced + 1 tablespoon brown sugar and a few drops of lemon juice
1 small apple laminated pieces for surface

All the ingredients in the glass, except the essence,

later; we pour the essence,

We set aside a bowl and cover the skin with film (in contact with the cream), so as not to generate a scab. Let it cool at room temperature
On the other hand, Peel the apples and cut into squares, sprinkle the juice and add the sugar. We put a teaspoon of butter in the pan, we take it to the fire and, when it starts to melt, we dump the apples. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates and the apple is soft. Set aside and let cool
When the two preparations have cooled, add the apples to the cream and stir
Unroll the puff pastry sheet, stretch it a little with the help of a rolling pin, take a glass with a circumference of about 10 cm, apply pressure to cut,,, we are placing the discs on the rigid muffin molds (previously greased), we are molding it , prick the base with a fork.
We are joining the cuts and stretching them, as many times as necessary until we finish with the dough.
Fill with the cream, and put some apple slices on top, sprinkle sugar.
We bake (preheated oven to 200°C / heat up and down), about 25/30 min.
