As soon as you have all these products in the kitchen, put on your apron and start preparing:
The first thing will be that you preheat the fryer to
200º / 5 minutes.
Put the freshly peeled and laminated apples in a bowl with the water and the lemon juice so that they do not oxidize.
Roll out a puff pastry dough and cut it into rectangles and mark the edges of these with a knife.
Next, with a fork, prick each rectangle and then pour the sugar over them.
The next step will be to place the apple slices, previously drained, in the puff pastry rectangles. And you add more sugar.
Then, put the tartlets in the deep fryer and set it to
170º / 15 minutes.
