Air Fryer Cornbread
🌽 150 g corn flour (unrefined cornstarch)
🌾 100 g wheat flour
🥄 2 teaspoons baking powder (10g)
🧂 ½ teaspoon salt (3g)
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 200 ml of milk
🧈 50 g melted butter
🍬 50g sugar (optional, according to taste)
💡 Chef tip: If you want an extra touch of flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture.
In a large bowl, combine the cornmealthe wheat flourhe baking powderthe salt and the sugar (if you use it). Mix well so that the powders are integrated evenly.
In another container, beat the eggs and add the milk along with the melted butter. Mix until the liquids are completely integrated.
