Gratin Cod in Air Fryer
500g of cod fillets 🐟

Olive oil spray 🌿
1 egg 🥚
2 teeth garlic 🧄
Sunflower oil 🌻
½ juice lemon 🍋
1 pinch of salt
💡 Tip: For an extra aromatic aioli, you can add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil at the end.
In a tall glass, place the peeled garlicthe egg, a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice.
