But of course… thinking about the pan full of grease, the smoke in the kitchen and the cleaning afterwards no longer sounds so appealing.
The good news is that you can get a perfect burger with melted cheddar cheese using the air fryer,
in less time and with much less mess. Golden on the outside, tender on the inside and with that cheddar slowly falling… yes, that one 😍.
This recipe is ideal whether you are cooking alone or want something quick for a casual dinner.
It works equally well with beef, chicken or even veggie burgers.
The first time I made it was out of pure curiosity, thinking “let’s see how it turns out”… and since then it has been my favorite method.
It’s easy, fast and the results are truly surprising. Once you try it like this, it’s hard to go back 😉.
