- 100 g of butter at room temperature
- 80 g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150 g of wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of chocolate pepitas (they can be black, with milk or mixed)

- Preparation
- Mix the humid ingredients: in a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture. Add the egg and vanilla, and continue mixing to integrate.
- Incorporates the dry ingredients: add sifted flour, bicarbonate and salt. Mix with a spatula until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Add the Pepitas: incorporate chocolate nuggets and mix slightly so that they are well distributed.
- Form cookies: with the hands or an ice cream spoon, shape balls of dough and place them on the airfryer tray on baking paper. Apply them a little.
