Today we bring you a very international dish to make our thermomix, they are similar to our muffins, but they are not the same, they are made with rice and if you have traveled to Portugal you surely know what we are talking about and you will be ready to make them

Ingredients

150 grams of rice
150 grams of wheat flour
1 on yeast (Royal type)
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
4 eggs L
120 grams of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
zest of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 pinches of salt

Preparation

preheat the oven to 200ºC
We put the rice in our Thermomix bowl and crush
1 minute / speed 10
We add the wheat flour, the salt and the yeast envelope and program
15 seconds / speed 6
we reserve everything in a bowl
Without washing the glass we put the butter (which is at room temperature) and the sugar and program
3 minutes / speed 2
We add the eggs, the milk, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the vanilla and the mixed flours that we had reserved and programmed
30 seconds / speed 6
We put cylindrical muffin molds or similar and fill them halfway with the dough and sprinkle a little sugar on top
bake 5 minutes at 200ºC
We go down to 180ºC and bake for 20 more minutes
