210 grams of fresh spinach
35 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
25 grams of salted butter
20 grams of cornstarch
8 fresh basil leaves
45 grams of fresh goat cheese
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the butterfly on the blades and add the whites. Assemble them by programming the robot to
speed 3.5 / 3 minutes.

Remove the butterfly.
Add the butter and program to
spoon speed / 90º / 1 minute and 30 seconds.
