310 grams of rice
72 grams of olive oil
110 grams of pepper
Salt and coloring to taste
2 small garlic
105 grams of onion
4 large carabinieri
55 grams of natural tomato already crushed
For the stock:
810 grams of water
74 grams of olive oil
260 grams of rice prawns
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
You peel the rice prawns. And reserve, on the one hand, the prawns themselves and on the other the shells and heads.
Next, add the oil for the stock, as well as the heads and skins, to the glass. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Then add the water and run the robot at
speed 3 / 100º / 10 minutes.
Strain the contents of the glass and reserve the broth that you obtain.
Then add the tomato, garlic, onion and pepper to the glass. Program a
speed 5/4 seconds.
Then add the oil and re-program
speed 1/8 minute.
Then, add the stock, salt, rice and red prawns to the glass. Put the Thermomix to work
