Ingredients

1 kilo of fresh and clean mussels
60 grams of onion
60 grams of shallot
1 clove of garlic
70 grams of virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of dried chili
200 grams of crushed canned tomatoes
100 grams of white wine

Instructions

To start we will put in our glass of thermomix, onion, shallot, garlic, chilli and oil and we will cut everything 4 seconds / speed 5
Once cut into pieces, we fry everything for 9 minutes / 100ºC / varoma speed
Once finished frying, add the crushed tomato along with the white wine and salt to taste. Place the container with the mussels and program 15 minutes / varoma / speed 1
Remove the rod, remove the cup and put the basket and reduce the sauce 20 minutes / rod / speed 1
In a tray we put the mussels with only one part of the shell and we put on top of each shell and mussel a spoonful of sauce
