For about 5 or 6 servings of this recipe, you need to buy the following ingredients:
5 or 6 chicken thighs.
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion.
Olive oil.
2 laurel leaves.
A little bit of white wine.
2 carrots.
A few branches of celery
A few branches of coriander.
4 tomatoes.
Salt and pepper.
Water.
Parsley.
2 tablespoons of rice flour.

Instructions

Once you have got all those products in your usual supermarket or grocery store, it's time to put on your apron and follow these steps:
Start by pouring the parsley into the food processor for 10 seconds/speed 7.
Then remove it and put it aside). Next, pour the celery, carrot, garlic and onion into the Thermomix. Chop everything up for 3 seconds / speed 5.
Then check that it is well chopped, if not, do the process again and then add oil and sauté, at about 100º C / 4 minutes / speed 1.
Add the coriander, pepper and tomatoes to the result. Cook everything at the same temperature for about 3 minutes at speed 2.
