Ingredients of meringue mille-feuille with Thermomix
In order to make this dish you need to have the following products:
For the meringue:
4 egg whites egg.
205 grams of sugar.
Half lemon.
For the mille-feuille:
100 grams of cold cream.
100 grams of butter.
150 grams of flour.

Once you have gathered all those ingredients, do not hesitate to follow the steps that we indicate below:
Add the flour, butter and cream to the robot glass. program to
speed 4 / 10 seconds.
Then take the dough, divide it in two and wrap them in transparent plastic wrap. Put them in the freezer for half an hour.
After those thirty minutes, take one of the doughs, flatten it with a rolling pin, sprinkle it with flour and place it on a baking sheet.
Pierce all the dough with a fork, give it a rectangular shape by cutting off the remaining edges and put it in the oven, previously preheated to 200º. It should be about 12 minutes at 200º.
With the other dough you should do the same.
