On the other hand, place the mint leaves together with the lemon juice, 20 grams of sugar and the rum in the Thermomix bowl, program.

Then, reserve this mixture in a container for a few minutes.
To continue, again in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, add part of the lemon zest and 40 grams of sugar in the bowl and program.
