200 G of very cold UHT milk (1.5% fat)
2 ice cubes

Preparation of milk foam with the Thermomix

The first thing we will check is that our Thermomix bowl is perfectly dry, then we are going to put a couple of ice cubes in our Thermomix bowl and we are going to crush it
10 seconds / speed 10
add the milk and whip it
4 minutes / speed 3.5
then we will heat the foam
3 minutes / 90 °C / reverse speed
and our cream will be ready
