zucchini spaghetti with thermomix
today we bring you a dish that can come very well for the kids to eat more vegetables or those that when we regimen we like to see, a spaghetti of zucchini with a bit of minced meat or prawns we will have a wonderful dish
Ingredients for zucchini spaghetti with thermomix:
– 2 courgettes
– 80g of carrot.
– 20g of olive oil.
– 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
– 250g of minced meat (or 200 gr of prawns)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt.
– 1 teaspoon of oregano.
– 90g of fried tomato.
– 100g of water.
– 2 teaspoons of striped cheese.
Steps to make zucchini spaghetti:
1.- Cut the zucchini into strips with our spaghetti skimmer and reserve in the varoma bowl.
2.- Put the carrot and oil in the glass and chop 4 seconds speed 5 and sauté 6 minutes 120ºC speed 1.
3.- Incorporate the paprika and sauté 30 seconds 120ºC speed 1.
4.- Add the minced meat, salt and oregano and mix with the spatula.
5.- Add the fried tomato and water and place the varoma bowl in its position and program 12 minutes varoma temperature reversed turn speed 1. 6.- We have our plate ready! place the spaghetti on a plate, and pour our Bolognese sauce over it and decorate with a little bit of striped cheese!
