Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini.
  • 80 grams of carrot.
  • 20 grams of olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
  • 250 grams of minced meat (or 200 grams of shrimp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano.
  • 90 grams of fried tomato.
  • 100 grams of water.
  • 2 teaspoons of grated cheese.

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into strips with our spaghetti grater and reserve in the varoma container.
  2. We put the carrot and the oil in the glass and chop 4 seconds speed 5 and fry 6 minutes 120ºC speed 1.
  3. Add the paprika and fry for 30 seconds at 120ºC speed 1.
  4. Add the minced meat, salt and oregano and mix with the spatula.
  5. Add the fried tomato and the water and place the varoma container in its position and program 12 minutes varoma temperature reverse rotation speed 1.
  6. We already have our plate ready! We put the spaghetti on a plate, and pour our bolognese sauce on top and decorate with a bit of streaky cheese!
