Ingredients

  • In order to prepare this dish you must have the following products, which will allow you to obtain approximately six portions:
  • 2 courgettes
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 6 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • A little bit of cayenne pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 30 grams of coconut flour
  • Aromatic herbs to taste, such as oregano

Instructions

  1. Once you have the above-mentioned set of ingredients, it is time to start preparing this exquisite dish:
  2. Proceed to grate the cheese in the Thermomix, placing your dice at speed 6 for about five or six seconds.
  3. Then, add the onion, zucchini and carrot to taste. Do this for 5 seconds / speed 5.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor's bowl, except for the herbs and mushrooms. Mix them at speed 4 for four seconds, then stir with the spatula and do the same again in time and speed.
  5. Then add the herbs, mushrooms, pepper and salt.
  6. Finally, place the resulting mixture on a greased baking tray and place it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180º C.
