18 puff pastry vol-au-vents
300 grams of chicken breast
50 grams of prawns
35 grams of flour
350 grams of milk
50 grams of oil
100 grams grated emmental cheese
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
